The Crazy Cajun Opened it's doors for business on April 5, 1987, making it one of the 3 oldest restaurants in Port Aransas.  It  was originally located across the street from it's present location.  The restaurant expanded to a new location on Alister Street April 5,  1989. The new location allowed twice the seating of the original building, but the restaurant soon outgrew that location and moved to the current location in 1990. During it's 20 years in business the restaurant has served thousands of customers from all over the world, and established a loyal clientel.
